Terms of Use

These terms cover Venta’s app and website, operated by Damian Izaguirre. Contact findventa@gmail.com. By using Venta you agree to these terms and our Community Guidelines. Read our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 to use Venta. If you are under 18 or the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Venta only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. A parent or legal guardian who permits such use agrees to supervise that use and be responsible for it to the extent permitted by applicable law. You must have legal authority to host a sale or enter a transaction. Use an account you control, keep sign-in secure, and do not impersonate anyone.

Sale discovery, not a transaction guarantee

Venta helps people find sales and communicate. We are not the seller, buyer, payment processor, escrow service, or guarantor. Transactions occur outside Venta. Confirm prices, condition, availability, dates, and location with the host. A starting price does not apply to every item. Listings and imported information may be outdated or incomplete. Saving a sale or messaging does not guarantee a reservation. Hosts are responsible for applicable permits, taxes, and restrictions.

Your content

Publish only content and sale locations you own or are authorized to share. You retain ownership and grant Venta nonexclusive permission to store, resize, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and share the service, subject to the privacy policy’s deletion and retention provisions. Public Facebook content is not automatically free to reuse: obtain necessary rights and comply with source-service rules. Credit alone does not grant permission.

Prohibited content and enforcement

Objectionable content and abusive behavior are not tolerated. No threats, harassment, hate, pornography, exploitation, scams, spam, impersonation, privacy violations, illegal goods, weapons, ammunition, stolen goods, illegal drugs, or unsafe or recalled products. Do not bypass security, scrape personal data, or attempt unauthorized access.

Report listings using their three-dot menu and report or block users from the conversation menu. Contact findventa@gmail.com for safety or rights-holder concerns, corrections, or appeals. We may investigate, remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, and respond to lawful requests. We may act immediately to protect users.

Moderation and appeals

We may automatically review listings, photos, messages, and handles and block or restrict content that violates our rules. Photo checks use Anthropic as described in our Privacy Policy. Automated decisions may be incorrect. To request a second review, email findventa@gmail.com with the listing identifier or link and an explanation. Do not resend prohibited or sensitive images. We review reports and appeals and may request further information; we do not guarantee a particular response time.

Waitlist and account closure

Waitlist signup is free and does not guarantee admission or a launch date. Submit only an email you control and consent to launch emails; contact us to unsubscribe. You can stop using Venta and delete your account in the app. Uninstalling or signing out does not delete an account.

Availability and license

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy, safety, or legality of every user’s content. To the extent permitted by law the service is provided as available without warranties. Nothing excludes nonwaivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the App Store software license; these service terms supplement it.
