These are development-stage terms, not final public marketplace terms.

Development app

These terms also apply to the current Venta development app. Use an account you control, keep your sign-in secure, and provide profile information you are entitled to share. Sample listings and activity counts are demonstrations, not verified sale offers. Posting, messaging, and purchases are not available in this build. Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive use.

You retain rights to profile content you provide and allow Venta to process it to deliver your profile and related app functions. You can edit your profile or contact us about account removal. See account deletion status and help; automatic deletion is not yet connected. The Privacy Policy describes current data handling.

These terms apply to the Venta waitlist website operated by Damian Izaguirre. Contact: findventa@gmail.com.

Joining the waitlist

You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you control. Joining is free and does not guarantee admission, a launch date, a particular feature, or availability in your area. Venta is in development and plans may change. You may leave the waitlist by emailing us.

Respectful use

Do not submit someone else’s email without permission, impersonate others, disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated submissions to abuse the waitlist.

Our content

Venta’s branding, design, and original content belong to Damian Izaguirre or their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to this website; these terms do not grant ownership of its content.

Development status

The website describes planned features. Illustrations and example content are not actual sale offers. Public marketplace features will have updated terms before release. No purchases, payments, or sale reservations are processed by this waitlist.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
