Account & data deletion

Manage your Venta information separately from your Google or Apple account.

Venta is a development build. Automatic in-app account deletion is not connected yet. This page does not delete your account, and contacting support does not mean deletion has completed.

Request help now

Email findventa@gmail.com from the email associated with your Venta account. If you use Apple Hide My Email or cannot access that address, explain this so we can help verify ownership. Never send passwords or verification codes. We will confirm the request and its completion separately.

What account deletion covers

An account-deletion request concerns your Venta sign-in account and associated profile details, including your name, handle, bio, and entered location. It does not delete your Google or Apple account. Custom avatar and banner photos currently stored on your device are separate from server-held profile data; contact support if you need help removing them.

Waitlist and retained records

Waitlist membership is separate. Tell us if you also want your waitlist email removed, or request that independently. Limited information may remain where legally required or necessary for security, and provider backups expire on their schedules. We will explain any applicable retention when handling your request.

Before public app release

We are implementing an authenticated deletion flow inside the app, associated-data cleanup, and Sign in with Apple authorization revocation. Signing out, uninstalling the app, or removing provider access alone does not delete your Venta account.
